[SCHOOL RULES

1) A customary bow as you enter the training floor and upon leaving. Bowing to the instructors is required.  

2) All participants are required to wear a clean uniform with your respective belt and school patch on same. The school patch is worn on the left side of the uniform (chest area).

 3) Cleanliness of your body is mandatory when training. Trim your nails, to prevent harm or damage to a partner. 

4) All instructors are to be addressed as (Sir) or (Ma’am) at all times when training. 

5) No horseplay, loudness, abusive language, or gestures are allowed in or outside the school before, during or after class. 

6) Please be on time for classes. Unless prior arrangements have been made  with the instructor. 

7) Sparring-mouth guards, fighting gear and cups ( male students) are mandatory for sparring and should be brought to every class. Remember to utilize “Control” when sparring, Do not become aggressive with your partner. 

8) If you should get hurt on the training floor, let an instructor know immediately. Do not run off the floor. Parents please let the instructors assist the student first and you will be called over if necessary. 

9) We like to see our school as a small family. Help one another. Your instructors will always be there to help you on or off the training floor. 

10) Remember your Tae Kwon Do training should not be used on the outside as horseplay or ways to bully someone. Respect your training and know when to use it.
