A Message from Michelle Coppola Exercising is an essential part of my life and it should be an essential part of everyone's life. I start each day with a 3- 5 mile run, if it should be bad weather or I want to change up I have a workout routine I do at home. Besides being proficient in Cardio Kickboxing I have training in Pilates, Weight Training, Aerobics and Tae Kwon Do. To be able to teach Body Blast enables me to do something that is my passion, I try to vary my classes, to make each one new and exciting. My classes have lots of energy and I’ve been told it’s contagious throughout the class. Cardio Kickboxing will affect the way you feel not only about exercising but about many other things as well, your body and mind will feel empowered, and you will have more energy. Body Blast will improve the shape of your body and you will look and feel stronger. It has made me feel more confident about myself and although there is no such thing as the perfect body, Body Blast will help you to improve your overall body image. I try to always keep our workouts stimulating, effective and challenging. Be consistent, work hard, and stay focused. Body Blast is an impressive way to do just that. Your body is your greatest asset, take care of it and it will take care of you. Life is too short not to get up and sweat!
