Bashta’s Martial Arts holds a philosophy that you cannot know where you are going if you do not know where you’ve been. This means that our Traditional Martial Arts: Tae Kwon Do & Judo are our backbone. With that said we are not only a Traditional school. We also maintain a 21^st century attitude, and incorporate Sport Karate, Submission Grappling, Boxing, as well as Self Defense and Practical Fighting Skills into our existing curriculum.

We also offer Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts programs. With such a diverse groups of programs running at all times, we feel you will truly get a well rounded workout and will inevitably become a more complete Martial Artist. We also offer BodyBLAST Fitness, which is a blend of Resistance Training, Pilates, Yoga, & Authentic Martial Arts Techniques designed specifically for toning and sculpting, as well as creating a healthier slimmer you. This high intensity, and low impact work-out is suitable to any age.

We at Bashta’s Martial Arts maintain a family atmosphere and we strive to instill in all our students old world values such as respect, and discipline, as well as self control, perseverance, modesty, and indomitable spirit, these are in fact part of our tenets that we intertwine into every class.
