Women’s Self Defense Classes

     Learn to defend yourself in real life situations, from spotting would be attackers to rape prevention, teaching you awareness of your surroundings. 

     All instruction taught by  Black Belts with over 40 years experience as well as  Former and Current Police Officers. This class is offered for women of all ages, no prior experience necessary.
